Lenka’s Loving Care Inc. is a locally owned company that offers reliable Home Care services in Summit County. Providing a much-needed customized home care solution to clients who may need a little extra assistance. We are licensed by the Department of Health and provide non-medical care.
Lenka started her business in 2019 after she was working as a private caregiver. She saw that there was a big need for home care services and little resources in the community. She pursued the processes of getting licensed by the Colorado Department of Health. Once licensed she started the company with her and 3 caregivers. Lenka’s Loving Care now has over 25 caregivers, 3 full time office staff and has helped more than 65 clients in Summit county.
Over the years Lenka’s Loving Care has received Special Recognition from the Summit Academy, for making Summit County a better community to age in place, Best Customer Service award from The Summit Chamber, and Business Excellence award for medium size business in 2019. In December of 2021 Lenka’s Loving Care became A+ Certified by the Home Care Standards Bureau placing Lenka’s Loving Care among the top 150 Health Care Agencies.

When my grandma was no longer able to live on her own and had to move to assisted living, it broke my heart. It was so hard to watch it from 5,000 miles away and her telling me over the phone that she would walk home if she could was one of the hardest things to listen to. My grandma was a most amazing woman. Kind and loving. Never said a bad word about anyone and always saw the best in everyone she met.
As her health deteriorated and she was getting to the end, I was so honored and happy I could be by her side. She was not treated very nice at the horrific hospital setting, crying with pain and the staff being mean to her. To them she was just another body. They didn’t know or care who she was her whole life.
When I founded Lenka’s Loving Care, my goal was to help one person die peacefully and in dignity on their own terms in the comfort of their home if they wish so. Surrounded by their loved ones.
I have accomplished that mission and with witnessing it all happen it kindled the need to help more people to have that choice. Few years later I created an amazing team of 18 caregivers that are always there for people no matter what their needs are.
It was a big step into the unknown. It is stressful, unreal amount of non stop learning but I wouldn’t have it any other way. This makes me wake up excited and do my best every day. For the clients, the employees and for something bigger than just every day mundane work.
In every client I see a little piece of my grandma. Loving, beautiful, peaceful and ever so thankful for everything and everyone in their life.
This is not just a business to me. I put my heart in it every day and all the caregivers do too. That’s what makes us special. That’s why our clients say we are a blessing to them.  I won’t stop working hard to make other people’s lives better because that is what fills my heart.
